Hi, I’m Emilia,
I am currently working on my Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications and can’t wait to get stuck in running classes and personal training.
At the moment you’ll find me around the gym floor helping out and learning the ropes. When I’m not in the gym you’ll usually find me in the sea either swimming or surfing. I am a qualified beach lifeguard and soon-to-be surf coach – I can’t wait to offer lessons to Gym Project members and get you all out there catching some Cornish waves!
