At Gym Project we have a wide variety of classes designed to meet your every workout need, from cardio to weights through stretching and combat. Our classes are aimed at any ability with all exercises easily adapted to meet your individual ability. We limit class sizes so we can ensure you are looked after personally. We change up the routine in all of our classes to make sure you’re constantly challenged, and our instructors will adapt to the goals of the people in the class, so you’ll feel like you’ve got a personal trainer!
