The Role
We’re looking for a Head Barista to play a pivotal part in delivering an outstanding customer experience to our community
You’ll be expected make coffee to a consistently high standard
Work with management to put together an exciting guest coffee program in line with our mission to share new things with our customers
Working collaboratively with the team to provide attentive, efficient and upbeat customer service
Actively contribute to a team looking to build a new community
Making sure the space and equipment is clean, well maintained, and respected by the team.
You will be responsible for upkeep of our standards, acting as a brand ambassador in all that you do.
At least 2 years Barista experience required.
Hours, Remuneration & Benefits
36 hrs
£11 -£12.50 an hour based on experience
