Aimed at beginners all the way through to seasoned lifters, barbell club focuses on the technical aspects of the clean and jerk adn the snatch. In this class, we break down the movements and work on drills and activation exercises to help you understand the lifts better. You don’t have to have any experience with olympic lifting to jump into this class, but a good knowledge of your compound lifts is recommended.
